The Cage - Nella gabbia revolves around Giulia, a former rising star of female MMA who left the fighting world behind her after a tragic accident which took place during one of her fights. She now works in a small zoo with her partner Alessandro, but this new life is overshadowed by her determination to climb back into the ring and have a rematch with Beauty Killer, the athlete who caused her to give up the sport. Her new trainer Serena helps and encourages her to do this, and their close bond also helps Giulia to face up to her fears, freeing her from a cage which she might otherwise never escape.
